I’m thrilled to share my January updates with you!! What a month of transformation and new beginnings!! Officially, I am back to work and excited for what this year has in store. I’m excited to share that my apprentice in permanent makeup is thriving! She’s now taking clients for practice! One of the highlights of my month was hosting my second annual healing retreat in the breathtaking landscapes of Guatemala. I had the privilege of facilitating several cacao ceremonies and a magical full moon ceremony, both of which fostered deep connections and healing among participants.

This year, most of us also explored the profound transformation that can come from ayahuasca. Many attendees took this journey inspired by notable figures like Jordan Poyer, Aaron Rodgers, and Chelsea Handler. For 4 of us, this was our second time heading up the sacred Mayan Mountain to experience the healing magic of ayahuasca. The energy was palpable, and it was heartwarming to witness the deep bonds formed. Some participants are already eager to join me on a trip to Peru to meet the shaman from whom this journey originated, while others are excited to bring friends to next year's retreat in Guatemala! In addition to the retreats, I have launched monthly "Flow and Glow" classes, set for the last Wednesday of each month. They take place at Uplift Nutrition. You can sign up here. It’s a wonderful opportunity for us to come together and practice self care. This includes a smoothie, yoga practice and a facial! All bodies are welcome. I am planning on releasing weekly long form content on YouTube to bring some of my daily practices and holistic approaches right to you where ever you are. Follow me here!! I plan on sharing the basics of self care and what comes to my brain but I am very very interested in meeting your thoughts and desires so please reach out with any questions or requests!

I would love to have a monthly gathering to connect and manifest abundance in community as well. This would be a free offering.

And now for the most exciting news—I got engaged! This is something I never dreamed of until I realized how much I wanted it. Meeting my fiancé, Sharrone, felt like magic from day one; I knew instantly that I was meant to be his. Our son is now 2 years old, and I couldn't be happier, more excited, or more honored to commit to a lifetime together.

This is officially my trademark and I am so honored to be able to facilitate and provide and safe space for people to be themselves. To heal, exist, and just be together. For 8 years this has been my main source of stability and I could not be more grateful.
