Welcome, fellow seekers of transformation! I am delighted to invite you to join our transformative soul and energy retreat in the breathtaking Mayan village of San Marcos, nestled above the mesmerizing Lake Atitlan.

Our retreat is designed to guide you on a profound inner journey, allowing you to reconnect with your soul's essence and tap into the boundless energy that resides within you. Through a carefully curated program of workshops, activities, and sacred rituals, we aim to facilitate deep healing, personal growth, and spiritual awakening.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

During your stay in San Marcos, you will be captivated by the awe-inspiring beauty of Lake Atitlan, surrounded by majestic volcanoes and lush greenery. The lake was once a volcano with a river along side, after a volcano erupted the beautiful lake was formed. Our sanctuary rests a 25 minute hike above the lake at the Kawoq Forest. We will have off grid living with locally sourced and consciously prepared vegetarian/vegan meals.

There will be 1 complimentary group shuttle leaving San Marcos La Laguna January 18 around 12pm noon the Airport or close by recommended hotels/hostels. There are collective shuttles leaving San Marcos each day at 2.30pm for Antigua, arriving around 6pm, if you want to spend a nice night or two exploring Antigua and then take a collective shuttle back to the airport for your flight. We can organize transport in Guatemala for you but it is not included in your pricing besides this one shuttle to and from.

7:30am-9am: Morning Practice (yoga/movement medicine)

Arrival & Departure

You are responsible for arriving to Guatemala and San Marcos La Laguna by 1pm January 11, 2025

Note: There will be 1 complimentary group shuttle to San Marcos La Laguna from Guatemala City./The Airport on January 11 at 8am. There will be 1 complimentary group shuttle leaving San Marcos La Laguna January 18 around 12pm noon the Airport or close by recommended hotels/hostels.

Arrival Day: You must be in San Marcos la Laguna by 1pm at the latest on the arrival day for an escorted pickup in town (this would mean catching an early 8am shuttle from Guatemala City or Antigua at the latest).

Departure Day: Schedule your flight out of Guatemala either in the late afternoon/evening (after 6pm) of the last day of the retreat (Private shuttle would be necessary to arrive in time), or stay a day or two extra. We will finish around 10am on the last day. There are collective shuttles leaving San Marcos each day at 2.30pm for Antigua, arriving around 6pm, spend a nice night or two exploring Antigua and then take a collective shuttle back to the airport for your flight.

Eco-luxury lodging

Our retreat center offers various accommodation options that combine eco-conscious materials like adobe, bamboo, cypress, and palm roofs, with luxurious local textiles and premium bed linens to guarantee a comfortable and sustainable stay. An open air community dining area, composting toilets, solar-powered showers, and three fully-equipped yoga sanctuaries make up the rest of the space.

meet the facilitators

Bianca (left) is a trauma informed yoga teacher, chakra coach, soul work facilitator and reiki practitioner. She embodies deep wisdom on healing through not only her training but life experience. She is celebrates 8 years clean from heroin and focuses on guiding others to work through their obstacles in this rollercoaster of life. Cynthia(right) has enjoyed a career that has spanned three continents and has explored the rigors of science and the medical profession from the Western tradition to the Eastern doxology found in an ashram in India. She is a plant medicine guide, reiki master and energy work that has also studied yoga in the United States and India and has been certified 2001 . She is registered nurse and a licensed massage therapist who has delivered a variety of massage therapies including hot stone, cranial-sacral, deep tissue, reflexology, lymphatic, pre-natal and intuitive massage. She is a gifted psychic medium that utilizes her abilities to channel and connect to spirit. Whether you are looking to feel better, work through grief, understand your higher self or even get a reality check, she is your woman. You Can work with Cynthia virtually or in person.

Maestro Niwe Sina is our Ayahuascero. His name means Man of the Wind. He has been working with the sacred medicine of his parents & ancestors for over 30 years. He works with love, light & peace to amplify & co-create with the medicine of Ayahuasca to help people heal, clean up their lives & architect their futures.

“I am passionate about helping people heal by using a holistic and compassionate approach. Currently, I use techniques such as swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. Along, with these techniques I am a certified Reiki Master practitioner. I enjoy do energy work, to help you become the best version of yourself. I am also certified in Assisted Stretching.  I have competed in many sports including ice hockey, softball, and weightlifting, which led to my interest in health and wellness. I feel self-care is very important to help heal and cleanse my soul. I love working out, being in nature, on the water, and gardening among my other things. I love my job as a massage therapist and helping you heal.”
