“Last year I came across Bia's page when Step Out Buffalo did a feature about her business. She talked about the different services she offers and then she started talking about Undereye Lightening. I had never heard of this before and as someone who has had dark circles as long as I can remember, I was intrigued to learn more. In the past I had spent so much money to reduce the look of dark circles and nothing has worked. From lotions to laser treatments, I've tried it all. I thought I was out of options. Then Bias Beauty Bar appeared and Bia talked about this treatment option. It was completely new to me. I was hesitant to send a message, but I took a risk, reached out on Instagram and quickly, she got back to me. Bia is very welcoming and friendly, even through messaging. She is extremely professional, responsible and conscientious. Her space is very sanitary and she uses the best, not terrible smelling, products. Bia has posted my before and after photos of my udnereye lightening treatment and I still, to this day, cannot believe how unbelievable the transformation was. Since then, I have come back for a touch up on my under eyes, a last lift as well as brown waxing. I have tried products through her and have started using them on a regular basis. My favorite Vitamin C serum is a brand I bought from her. When you first meet Bia, you feel like you've known her your whole life. She makes you feel so comfortable and she is always so eager to learn more about who. I am so grateful I took a chance and reached out to her. My confidence levels have boosted since meeting her. Bia, thank you for everything! Keep doing what you're doing. You make a difference”
